A symposium on cybersecurity strategy and protection of society and intellectual security was held under the auspices of Al-Qasim Al-Khadraa University and in cooperation with the Zoroastrian Representation - Main Office, on 15/12/2024. The training and human development consultant, Professor Nabil Bayram, presented during it, who spoke about the Cyber Security Alternative program that consists of fourth-dimensional technology in human development strategy. This program serves all civil society categories and state institutions through information technology constructs of mentality with a number of human development programs in a wide range.
