Zoroastrian Representative Participates in Annual Community Police Conference in Presence of Interior Minister

The head of the Zoroastrian representation in Iraq, Dr. Haidar Asfoor, and his accompanying delegation participated, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in the annual Community Police Conference in Baghdad under the slogan (Moving forward to achieve sustainable regional security), under the auspices and presence of the Minister of Interior, Mr. Abdul Amir Al-Shammari.
The head of the Zoroastrian representation in Iraq, Dr. Haidar Asfoor, and his accompanying delegation participated, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in the annual Community Police Conference in Baghdad under the slogan (Moving forward to achieve sustainable regional security), under the auspices and presence of the Minister of Interior, Mr. Abdul Amir Al-Shammari.
The participation of the representation came within the framework of its support for efforts to enhance cooperation between security institutions and civil society, and as an affirmation of the importance of the awareness and humanitarian role undertaken by the Community Police Directorate in protecting community security and reducing negative phenomena.
Dr. Asfoor emphasized during his attendance that "The representation views partnership with security institutions with great interest, as it represents a basic pillar in building a cohesive society governed by the values of trust and cooperation", praising the achievements and strategic plans presented at the conference that contribute to serving the citizen and consolidating community security.
The conference was attended by a number of security leaders, representatives of ministries, diplomatic missions, civil society organizations, sheikhs of tribes, and youth groups, who praised the role of the Community Police in enhancing bridges of communication between citizens and security institutions.
