On the 11th anniversary of the tragic genocide that targeted the Yazidi component in Sinjar on August 3, 2014, a commemorative stand is being held in Baghdad to commemorate the victims and demand justice. This event, which is being held under the slogan "Sinjar lives on, and genocide is not forgotten," seeks to emphasize the need for full recognition of the atrocities that occurred as a crime of genocide.

This stand is an opportunity to highlight the suffering of survivors and renew the pledge to work towards a better future, where the call is launched on the principle that "the revolution of revival begins from Sinjar, and from woman, light is born".
