Dr. Haider Asfour participates in a high-level diplomatic reception in Baghdad Thursday, October 22, 2026 Dr. Haider Asfour participated in the reception held by the United States Embassy in Baghdad, on the occasion of the arrival of Ambassador Steven H. Vaughan, the acting Chargé d'Affaires for the United States in the Republic of Iraq, by special invitation from Mr. Aaron Notten, Deputy Chief of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Iraq, and as part of the VVIP invitation list.

Dr. Haider Asfour participated in the reception held by the United States Embassy in Baghdad, on the occasion of the arrival of Ambassador Steven H. Vaughan, the acting Chargé d'Affaires for the United States in the Republic of Iraq, by special invitation from Mr. Aaron Notten, Deputy Chief of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Iraq, and as part of the VVIP invitation list.
The event was attended by high-level personalities and meetings with a number of official and diplomatic figures, in an atmosphere that reflected the importance of communication, dialogue, and exchange of views between Iraqi figures and representatives of diplomatic missions.
The reception was held at the residence of the U.S. Ambassador, as part of an official occasion that gathered a select group of invited personalities.
